We do this by:

• Providing welcoming and community orientated spaces for women;

• Advocating for gender justice;

• Equipping and supporting young women in every sphere of leadership;

• Encouraging young women to transform their communities;

• Building national and international networks of Christian women leaders.

STRATEGY

The Board of Directors is currently developing a new strategic plan and hosting a number of Hope-Filled conversations with young women from across the island of Ireland.
